Rooftop Unit Replacement – Design Build / HVAC

Job description

The client worked with their vendor to agree on specifications for the new units required for the contract. Once this was agreed, we verified the existing equipment onsite and proposed a replacement.

Scope of work

Our team disconnected and disposed of the existing rooftop unit and hoisted a new rooftop unit into the existing location. After the hoist, we modified the existing gas line to accommodate the new orientation and pressure-tested it.
The client had specific requirements for their rooftop units in the program, so we worked with the vendor to ensure that the unit met the client’s needs for the duration of the contract.
After making all the connections and powering up the unit, we started and commissioned the RTU to ensure that it was working properly.
