Project Description
LPI was contracted to design and build a 85,000 SF building for Charger logistics to serve as the head office, along with a truck repair and maintenance facility.
Scope of work
The 15,000 SF three storey office was served by a VAV System with perimeter hydronic heating. We installed a gas monitoring system with exhaust for the truck repair area and industrial wash bay with makeup air and exhaust, trench drain and oil interceptor.
The project included a Building Automation System to allow for complete control of the facility.
